libblas-test software package provides Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines 3, testing programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblas-test
libblas-test is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblas-test package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblas-test *
You will get with libblas-test package name, version, architecture and description in a table
